Lidl puts up for sale on Thursday a new version of its successful kitchen robot, which last year sold out in one morning

For the second year in a row, Lidl will sell one of its most successful products: its multifunctional kitchen robot Monsieur Cuisine Connect, of the SilverCrest brand, in an updated version of it.

Last year, the 25,000 units put up for sale sold out throughout Spain in one morning. But whoever wants the robot will not have to go from Lidl to Lidl in their search: it will be available through the company’s online store from this Thursday, May 30, before arriving at supermarkets on Saturday, June 8.

Given the success of the robot last year, this time triple units will be put up for sale.

With WiFi and ten functionalities

The kitchen robot is priced at 350 euros, and according to Lidl is the most competitive in the market in its category. Its new version, like the one that was launched last year, stands out for the possibility of connecting to the WIFI network to download recipes for free and without the need for a subscription, being the robot itself the one that follows the step by step through the LCD touch screen, thus avoiding the need for Bluetooth connection and external mobile device.

The robot has ten functionalities: cook, steam, bat and knead, emulsify, mix, chop, saute, weigh and crush. It also has a scale integrated into the container that helps weigh the ingredients correctly. With its 10 speed levels plus turbo function, maximum power of 1200W-1000W for the cooking function and 800W for the mixer, the robot can cook a wide variety of savory and pastry dishes.

Another of the benefits of the Monsieur Cuisine Connect is the capacity of its glass, which is three liters. This year, in addition, has an extended warranty of three years.
